I had to stay here for a week on some unfortunate circumstances and hands down the service can't be beat. The staff was very friendly and understanding. They treated me like I was family. They made sure I had everything I needed and comfortable. They even grilled food and offered me some because My room only had a microwave. It was very quiet and peaceful there. I would recommend this place before any other motel I've ever stayed at. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the hospitality can't be beat.
My fiance Zane & I have been staying here till we fine a new place and the women who works the front is AMAZING. She is so sweet and kind. She does a million different things at once and is still super sweet. Also, she always makes sure we have everything we need and also makes sure to let us know if we need anything. So thank you!!!
Accommodated me just before Sturgis. Staff couldn't have been more helpful... Room was clean. A LOT more clean than I've been accustomed to. AC worked great, desk staff pointed me to what I needed to know, no bugs.....they were A+ in my book. If I ever ride to Sturgis again.....they're DEFINITELY my last stop. From Maine with love.
It was so pleasant and relaxing and nice bathroom and really nice sized room with plenty of space and storage and the owner is a sweetheart and so is the office kitty..if I'm in the area again I'm definitely staying here and I highly recommend it...thank you

I had such a lovely stay here while passing through Austin! I travel a lot and am used to staying at inexpensive, no-frills kinda places, and this is one of the nicer ones I’ve encountered. The woman working the front desk, Vanessa, was so thoughtful during check in, making sure I had enough towels and offering to help with anything I might need. The room was clean and comfortable - I was really delighted by how comfy the bed and pillows were, and the heating unit worked great as the night got chilly. The hotel is located right off the highway but I didn’t have any trouble with noise, and as a solo female traveler I felt safe here. If you’re traveling on a budget and need a place to stay, this spot is great!
We were on our way to SD soaking wet from the rain came across this motel . The manager was so helpful and kind they had just took over and did so many improvements. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The manager was so helpful and let us know where we could find what we needed during our stay. Since we had never been in this area her advice was so helpful. She even brought towels out to us in the morning to dry our motorcycle off. If we are ever in the area again will definitely be staying there we highly recommend. Also the price was more than reasonable.
Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She was there for us every step of the way. Plus, this place is super cat-friendly, which is a big plus. The location is simply perfect, too! I really appreciated how patient and understanding she was whenever I called her—it made a real difference!
